Tonight is the AirForce  Band performance.  If you have tickets, PLEASE arrive early.  Because this band is part of a governmental unit, we are asked to overbook the facility.

Wind Ensemble members, please be back onstage, ready to play  no later that 6:30 to tune and start and stop a couple of tunes.

We have a Band o gram running out to Thomas Edison tomorrow after school.  Unless your student is driving themselves, please have the Travel Permit signed and ready to go.  The kids will be back at about 3:15.

Please don’t forget that the game *will* run late tomorrow night.  Students will not need to be picked up until close to 10 PM.  We will stay and watch PH perform and we hope that the families will stay to watch, as well.

Saturday is Band-o-Grams.  We are looking for volunteers to drive and are also hoping you might know somebody that might purchase one. Please contact us at 689-4251 to arrange a time.

One Call Now Sunday, October 5, 2014

This is a message from the port huron northern bands, Sunday, October 5

Your students should be bringing home calendar updates about once each week right now.  We are currently on TWiB #6.  If your student did not bring this home, check the left hand column of the PHNBANDS.org website.

Tomorrow is a marching band rehearsal at 2:45, ending before 6 PM.  This is the last rehearsal before festival on Tuesday.

Don’t forget to purchase your marching festival tickets for Tuesday night.  If you purchase them through us, we get to have the money stay at Northern.  Tickets purchased at the gate send the money to MSBOA.  Tickets at $3 and $2 for students and seniors.  Checks payable to PHN Bands.

Our performance is at 8:30, but PLEASE show up much earlier to ensure that you have a good seat.  Bands start performing at 6:30.

Our marching band students should eat dinner before they arrive at PHN at 4:45 in full uniform to ride the buses over.  We will have our group photo taken first, before the other bands, otherwise we will have to take our picture AFTER the performance Tuesday night.

Good luck to the Notrthern Husky Marching Band.
