Sat, Dec 1 Sarnia Parade
Eat before you arrive
3:00 PM    Meet in Band Room with 
          Birth Certificate, Nexus, Enhanced License,or Passport  
6:00 PM    Parade 
8:30 PM    Pickup at PHN 

Full uniform.  
You may wear a Red and white Santa hat; not red / green, not blue / gold, not reindeer antlers...
You may wear black of navy blue headband or earmuffs; You may wear a scarf of any color.
Dress in layers; Tuck any under-layers into your socks
Get hand-warmers.  You may not wear gloves that interfere with playing
You may decorate your instruments and yourselves with lights and garland

3:30 PM   Band Room Open - eat a big snack/meal before you arrive

4:00 PM   Depart on busses
5:00 PM   Meet in Sarnia

6:00 PM   Parade
8:30 PM   Pickup PHN

Full uniform.  You may wear a red and white Santa hat. Color guard and drum line may coordinate as desired as long as it is unit-wide.
You may wear navy blue or black headband or sport earmuffs under your hat.  You may wear a scarf.  Dress in layers; Tuck any under-layers into your socks  Get hand-warmers. You may not wear gloves that interfere with playing (and no mittens).  You may decorate your instruments and yourselves with lights and garland.

You must have one of the following: original birth certificate, passport, Nexxus card, or an enhanced license

Happy holidays from Northern Bands

Here are 3 quick announcements:

Butter braid and poinsettia sales are going on right now.  Information is available in the band room.

The last two announcements are for marching band

#1, Parade info for this evening is available at phnbands.org and was made available to students in a TWiB.  Band room opens at 4:30, closes at 4:45.  Meet down behind the SEMCO no later than 5 PM.

#2 The MB banquet is next Thursday from 6-9 PM.  Tickets are available for $5 until wednesday  The catered meal is provided by Chef Shell’s.  Tickets purchased on Thursday cost $6.
