Thursday regular rehearsal from 2:30 - 5 PM.

Then, if you would like, Play a Pep Band at Cros Lex!

requirements to travel:

Travel permit, signed and returned

Bring Navy Polo and Blue Jeans to wear.  You can change before we leave.

After rehearsal, students will change into polo and jeans, then those in polo and jeans will be fed dinner before we leave for Cros-Lex.

Board buses at 6 PM

Students may bring $$ for concessions for AWAY GAMES

Also bring a jacket or sweatshirt

We will return between 10:30 and 11 PM

Trip to MSU

Travel permit to MSU for this weekend: link

7:45 AM Arrive at PHN - Eat before you arrive - load equipment

8:00 AM Depart for Michigan State, bring a snack for the ride

10:00 AM Arrive at MSU - unload

12 Noon Lunch provided

1:00 PM Watch more rehearsal

Walking tour of MSU, wear good walking shoes (NOT FLIP FLOPS!)

$20 field trip fee, checks made payable to PHN Bands

No outstanding balance in travel accounts

First 100 applicants, including chaperones

Parents pay the same amount

approx.: 7 PM return (bring extra $$ for a McDonald’s stop on the way home)

Rehearsal Thursday

The next two Thursday rehearsals will be morning rehearsals, as announced at rehearsals as well as made available in the calendar handout from prior to camp.

I am sorry for any inconvenience that may have resulted from any misunderstandings or dates that were not updated.

Another parent and I are woking on a system to consolidate the information and "generalize" our rehearsal schedule as much as possible.

Don’t forget me at camp!

Please arrive on the grounds at Covenant Hills Campground no later than 6:40 on Friday to allow for parking and a walk to the performance area.

Covenant Hills Campground:

I-69 W toward Flint, go 54.4 mi west

Take exit 145 for M-15, Davison/Clarkston

Turn right onto M-15 N/S State Rd, go 12.7 mi north

Turn right onto Farrand Rd, go 0.7 mile east
